Products from this online-shop can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

If the item has been produced with personalized specifications (i.e. if you used a personal line of text) then we cannot cancel your order, however, we are very fair. If you are not satisfied with a personalized t-shirt, simply contact our helpful Service Team. As long as a football jersey-set for the entire team does not need to be exchanged, we are very accommodating.

If the ordered item contains defects (e.g. because of a printing error), then we will obviously take the product back, reimburse your money or send an error-free product.

Shipping Information

Delivery times can be found for each shipping type below. 

Standard: Orders are typically delivered within 4-8 business days after your order is submitted. Deliveries to AK, HI, P.O. boxes and Puerto Rico can take up to 9 days to be delivered. Tracking information provided. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico. 

Premium: Your order is delivered within 3-5 business days after the order is processed. 

Next Day Express: You receive your order the next business day after your order is shipped and it will be received by 7:00pm. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states. Please note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a PO Box or an APO address, we will ship your order via United States Postal Service; no tracking information can be provided and delivery may take up to 6 weeks. 

International Standard: Delivery takes 6-14 business days after your order is submitted. There is no tracking for this shipping option and your purchase may be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties upon arrival. 

International Premium: Delivery takes between 3-5 business days after your order is submitted. Tracking is provided and your purchase may be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties upon arrival. 

Canada Premium Delivery to Canada typically takes 3-5 business days after your order is submitted. Tracking information is provided. Tracking is provided and your purchase may be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties upon arrival.

Technical problems with your order

Ordering with Spreadshirt works just fine with most browsers (e.g. Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera). If you do have technical problems, please check the following points and try again to place an order: - Do you use the latest version of the Flash Player? - Are javascript, cookies and pop-ups activated in your browser? If not, the shop might not be represented properly - Do high security setups of your firewall and your router interfere with the data transfer over the internet? If you continue to experience problems, you may want to try using a different web browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox for the best results.

Order confirmation not received

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail us at service@spreadshirt.com to let us know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.

Complaints

Cancelling your order

A new order can be cancelled or changed without any problem only if the production process has not yet begun. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email. If your order is labeled “wait” or as “new”, you will be able to cancel your order. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service by phone before your order begins production. Once it begins production, you can no longer make any changes. You can reach us at 1-800-381-0815 Monday - Friday 8:00am-7:00pm (ET).

Spreadshirt`s Fair Return Policy

Every ordered product at Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away. Promise: * If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. * If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. You can contact our service team by writing an e-mail to service@spreadshirt.com.

Still haven't received your merchandise yet?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. If - whatever the reason - you feel that your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact us at service@spreadshirt.com. We kindly ask that should this be the case, you let us know no later than 6 weeks after ordering.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also take debit and check cards as long as they are associated with a major credit company like the ones listed above. Payment with check or money order is also possible. Once payment has been received, your order will be sent to production.

Payment policy

(1) Payments may be done by debit or credit card. (2) The purchasing price is due immediately after the order without deduction. (3) The client is considered in default of payment, without further explanations from Spreadshirt, if he does not settle the invoice within 14 days of goods delivery. The consequences of the default are in line with the legal provisions. (4) If the payment method chosen by the client is not feasible, despite being carried out by Spreadshirt in accordance with the contract, due to a lack of funds in the client's account or the submission of incorrect data, the client must reimburse Spreadshirt or the third-party instructed by Spreadshirt to handle the payment the additional costs thereby incurred. (5) Regarding the payment procedure, Spreadshirt is entitled to use the services of trustworthy third-parties for handling payments. a) In the event of delay in payment, Spreadshirt may assign claims against the client to a third-party. In doing so, Spreadshirt may send personal data required to handle the payment to this third-party. b) In the case of third-party involvement to handle the payment, Spreadshirt will consider the payment completed only once the amount has been made available for the third-party, in accordance with the contract, so that the third-party can have unrestricted access to the amount owed.

Sales tax

You do not have to pay US sales tax on your Spreadshirt order. Unfortunately, customs and countries outside of the USA, sometimes place a steep tax on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. As we cannot control these taxes, there is no way to make them lesser. However, we have dropped shipping costs to help reduce some of the costs for these such instances.

In order to insure the safety of your payment transactions, Spreadshirt uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate from Equifax to encrypt all transmitted data. Your personal data is kept confidential.

What does Spreadshirt use your information for?

Spreadshirt saves your data exclusively for processing your order. No data will be transmitted to or saved by third parties. Spreadshirt does not send any unrequested e-mails; you will receive mailings from us (e.g. with information about new products or designs) only if you sign up for them. Cancellation from these mailings is possible at any time. Spreadshirt will not use your data for advertising purposes unless you give your expressed consent.
